Get involved:
 - Lourdes Koinonia Retreat is March 2-4th.  We need some young people to come serve meals.  
- "Roman Run" 5K is Sat April 21st. If you're not running (or walking), we need lots of help that day setting up, registration, water stations, and clean-up.

-  Also, we're buidling a team of middle school high school "animators" for FUNdamentals of Faith events.  Animators help present the theme through songs, skits, and games.

Lourdes Announces "The Roman Run" 5K April 21st
If you're one of the many people who make excercise and "getting into shape" a New Year's Resolution, then the "Couch to 5K" program is perfect for you!  Couch to 5k is a training program that literally gets you from off the couch to ready to run a 5K (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks.  Each day is a workout with intervals of walking and running that gradually increases until you're able to run the entire 5K.   Many Lourdes parishioners are doing this Couch to 5K program starting in Lent leading up to the "Roman Run" on April 21st.  Registration for the "Roman Run" opens soon... 

Lourdes Students Enjoy NCYC
Five high school and college students attended the National Catholic Youth Conference Nov 17-19th, joining 23,000 young people in Indianapolis.  Bishop Medley drove up to hang out with our group of 214 fromt he Diocese of Owensboro.  Then next NCYC will also be in Indianapolis in 2013
